Hi, I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to clear a slot to make room for more polyphony on other patches in other slots directly on the rack. The manual seems to say that you can only do this from the computer editor. But I just want to make sure that is the case. Sometimes I want to be able to have multiple patches going at once, but then other times I want to be able to get the most polyphony out of just one patch, so need to clear the other slots to get the most memory for polyphony.

You can just load a null patch into the other slots.

Or turn slots on/off with shift + a/b/c/d on the synth.

Oh damn, thanks. I'll give that a try then. One of the problems I have is a few of the buttons on my rack are very intermittently non responsive. I have to tap particular buttons many times to get them to respond. I'm hoping that's something that I can eventually get fixed or fix myself. you think maybe I can just clean them like you would with Pots on a guitar or synth? Sorry, I know it's a completely unrelated question. lol thanks for the help on my main question, this is great news. I love this damn synth, the sounds I have been able to craft just stand out more than any of my VA synths.
