Hi. I etched the PCB from Scott Stites Site for the VCO - 1. I built it. I'm not getting anything out of it... Where should I start troubleshooting. The ICs are receiving the proper power at the correct pins...
It made a few noises at first, but now I can't get anything out of it. The outputs aren't showing anything on the scope.

What do I do?
Where Should I be checking?
What questions should I be asking?
