sound mangling

Here's an attempt at making some noise.
I used an audio loop taken from Tortoise (Monica): first you hear the original loop, then the resolution of the values sent to the converter starts to decrease.
After that, a counter for holding the last sampled value (and ignoring the new ones) is increased, thus reducing the sampling frequency.
