Thought I better ask this question before I do all the strap wiring on the Pattern Select Switches (or in my case Load Bus Switches since I am using Bridechamber Panels ).

On table 3.1 of "Building the electro-music Klee Sequencer" it states that the Bit is low in the Closed Position and the Bit is high in the Open Position.

My question is "Does Bit Low = Pattern On or Pattern Off?"

Thanks in advance for the wiring help and I am looking forward to getting both of my Klees up and running in the next week or so.

Just found the modification for using bi-color LEDs that show which step the sequencer is in. All LEDs will be Red in 1X16 mode. In 2X8 mode LEDs 9-16 will be green. The high current Bi-Color Red/Green LED Mouser part number is 604-WP59EGW/CA. It isn't in their ginormous book so I though I'd better share if someone else wants to make a similar modification. They have a common anode so it is a simple tweek. My Mouser order is still pending so hopefully they'll let me sneak those LEDs in to my current order. If not I'll be paying for the extra shipping because
I can't wait to finish these sequencers.

I've built the CGS Gate Sequencer and this will be my first sequencer with CV Outputs I've assembled so I am looking forward to learning how to use this feature rich module. Cool Cool Cool

Hi Jason

Bit Low = Pattern Off (Bit position LED will be off when loaded and a zero is loaded into the shift register at that bit position)

switch up = contacts open
switch down = contacts closed

Thanks for hte part number for the LED mod. Wink
