Sounds great Michael!
Is this your first time streaming? If so, make sure you test it well in advance before the event. Also we may need to set up a port for you. For live help check by the chat room, it is always active during evenings GMT.

Welcome, Michael! Good to have some new blood. And you don't even have to leave the state to make your point. |

Hooray for Chez Mosc! I hope I don't miss it.
I changed my set length from an hour to 30 minutes. The stuff I want to play needs work and I'd rather have quality over quantity. |

We need to get the poster together for the event, so:
This Sunday (6th of March) is the deadline for singning up!
After that you may still be able to get a slot to play (although I can't guarantee it) but you will miss a place on the poster for the event.
That's all for now. Carry on with your weekend. _________________ Muied Lumens Sub Forum

I just heard that "daylight savings" starts 13 March.
I think this caused something in my tiny little brain to explode.
I was expecting to go on at 1400 Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5, 1900 GMT. This continues to be the time at which I will be ready to go on.
I remember "daylight savings" being something that happened in the summer when I was a kid. It happened just in the summer. Now the start and end dates are a random occurrence and it apparently starts before spring starts and ends after autumn ends.
I've had enough. I'm not changing my clocks or kow-towing to this "daylight savings" bullshit any more.
I was half-inclined to believe the 13 March start of "daylight savings" was an internet rumour/joke, but I looked it up. Sadly, not.
I'm not mad at anyone here. I've just had enough of this nonsense and will not acknowledge it any more, except maybe to yell at the store that closed "too early" when I get there.
Yes, the emperor is naked. He's fat, ugly and bald, too. |

I like daylight savings time. It'll be light out when I get home from work, and I can take the dogs for a walk. _________________ When the stream is deep

It just confuses me. Homie don't play that!
Besides, I sometimes have to watch my sleep patterns, so I need a consistent clock month to month. |

I should have thought of this already!
I just switched my computers over to GMT and synced them via NTP.
Now I don't have to deal with DST. Literally. I rarely have to discuss "time" with anyone at all, so I think I can handle a quick mental conversion to some exotic time zone like DST when it comes up.
Hooray! Now I can feel better about going on at 1900. It's just 1900 for me now, no matter what bizarre time scheme They come up with. |
