I picked up a few UD-1 boards a year or two and I would like to order more, but I can't seem to find them anywhere on the net.

Wondering if sMs is still selling the UD-1 PCB and if so where/how to get it.

Thanks.

Hi Jason

I am sorry but I don't sell those any more for two reasons. The first is that the Bass++ and the Quad Bass++ took over because of it's improved design and, secondly, availability of parts. The VCO chip used on the UD-1 is basically obsolete and many DIY folks were having trouble getting it or getting cheaply when they did find them.

If you PM me with the request, I would be more than happy to send you the original UD-1 PCB design files, for Express PCB, so that you may get some made up for yourself.

You may want to go forward with these Jason instead of building more UD-1 drum voices. Just a suggestion though. Wink
