but I would be interested in one of each PS3100 + x-pan/fader PCB's. As a latecomer though, I'd obviously give way to someone who has already expressed an interest.

I'm not in a great rush though, so can probably add it to my PCB order, when that gets sorted.

I'm wondering if there's a way to link a single CV input to all 3 resonators? Since the jack switches are being used by the LFO circuitry, the LFO seems to take priority over the CV ins.

it is all about the jack socket wiring, isn't it? so there are different options:
omitting the LFO normalization to the CV input sockets, and normalize the three CV in's in a serial or parallel way. you could then patch the LFO to the 2st CV in (you would have to use the inverted LFO switch for an additional inverted LFO out, though).
you could do it with a switch instead of patching.

anyways, just ignore the default normalzing of the sockets provided by the headers on the PCB.

Still scratching my head here (and have tried over and over with various wiring sequences)

As much as I try to get my head around this, I'm finding the text alone hard to understand without a diagram... Is there anyone here who might be kind enough to sketch me a quick diagram to make this easier to understand?

okay, here is a srawly sketch, made with a blunt pen.

the idea was to normalize the input sockets off-board, thus leaving pin2 of the connector headers open. the sketch shows a cascading normalization.
you then could manually patch in the LFO
or
(optional) normalize pin2 of SW1 to CV in1, using a ON/OFF/ON switch. you then could switch in the LFO/-LFO to CV1...

But could someone please upload a stuffed PCB of the Resonator 3100 v3 picture?
I'm wiring up the PCB to the panel and would like to confirm some of its wirings from the PCB.

so that's what negativspace said:

"[All CV in is] the easiest possible 'kludge' to execute. In this configuration we're eliminating the global LFO Depth control and replacing it with the 3 individual CV input attenuators - which means that you'll have to jumper that header in order to get the LFO signal through it.
Well, don't jumper it with a piece of wire; run it through a switching jack instead. That's your global CV input. Works perfectly, and no hacking the board."


the idea is to omit the single LFO depth pot and route the LFO signal to the switching contact of the All CV In instead.
the All CV In signal is then routed to the switching contacts of the CV inputs. each of these CV inputs is going trough an attenuator pot, then to the PCB.
