receiving error |
|
|
I have got a problem with one of my NL3. When trying to dump a performance from NL3A ( version 1.04) to NL3B ( version 1.20) I get the message " receiving error" The other way B to A is no problem .
What is this? Is it that you cannot import from a new OS but you can from an older to a newer?
I don't understand this |

It looks to me your post is telling the opposite ways of uploading...
There is backwards comptability, which means you can use old versions (V1.04) into the newer one (V1.20)

Or not? |

No new to old.
Yes old to new.
As soon you save it in the new one, it can't be uploadedback.
But you can upgrade V1.04 into V1.20.

Ah!!! that sounds interesting.
As I am to lazy to read about it - how to go ahead with that then...ofcourse without erasing the current performances.. |

Thanks
I am still hanging on to this problem. After having tried to download the patches and performances to my new bought p.c. - bought just for this purpose ( I am usually mac oriented) with the downloaded program "Nord lead 3 sound manager version 1.02" - which after down loading says only available for version 1.20 the pc crashes. I tried to dump the programs from my version 1.20 but the system crashes repeatedly. To dump the programs form version 1.02 is not working at all.
So next issue would be - is there any other program to use in order to down load the version 1.02 ( and version 1.20) to a p.c. . Is there any known conflict with that program ( NL3 sound manager) with other windows programs ( I have no other program installed than the default - not even internet connected) .
Grateful for any input |
