Bill and Will at Dragonfly alley publish part lists for the modules they build.
They built Yves diode filter, so perhaps you can use that as a starting point to find the right caps.

but can't find any "47nF matched to 1%"

Hmmm, that's interesting.

I bought the kit from bridechamber so I didn't have to deal with this issue.
The 'matched to 1%' just means that all of the capacitors have to have a value within 1% of each other. Typically you have to buy a bunch of them and choose the 4 that match the best.

There are a few ways I know of to match capacitors.

1) Build a wheatstone bridge (not too hard - google it)
2) Build a simple RC oscillator, and put each capacitor in. Measure the frequency created and use the caps with the closest frequency matches
3) Some Multi-meters can actually measure capacitance.
4) Buy high quality capacitors from the same batch, and hope for the best. With modern manufacturing techniques that might be enough.

There may be someone here who can tell us a better way...
