No secrets I know.
I was just joking.
Thanks a lot! lot LOT LOT!
Another thing is I was wondering if the appendage controller will work nicely with analog output reflective distance sensors in the place of the menbrane pot, to make something like a supertheremin for my modular.
The sensor is like this:

Likewise,
I felt so stupid for missing this project the first time around.

Wow, to all a BIG thanks ! Thus far we have 31 PC boards sold !
The ordering has been extended to this Sunday, October 2, 2011 Midnight so if any last minutes orders need to be made, please do so.
Look for future announcements of a MIDI adapter that will connect into the AUX EXPANSION port of your Appendage Ribbon Controller PC boards. It will convert the analog voltages and triggers into MIDI NOTE events and MIDI CC data which will allow for control, for example, of software based instruments via MIDI.
Thanks once again
Bill

Yes, it will work with all previous versions sold, In addition to the latest boards being sold now. The only difference between the old and new Appendage boards are the additional protective diodes that were added and do not add any, nor take away, any operational features of the ribbon controller.
I have a working prototype of the analog to MIDI unit in my studio and added additional A/D channels. The circuit just needed some final "polish" and a printed circuit generated. It's kind of a kluge of an AVR based processor board and a MIDI interface board. I never made it a saleable product and figured nobody would be interested in it. This could be the catylist to to finally finish
it.
More on this soon.
