VCO silvered mica cap

I'm having a bit of trouble finding the .005uF silvered mica capacitor. I have found that a local shop carries a 4990pF mica cap. Or can I use a .0047uF mylar film cap? What do people use in the VCO?

Mouser have but they are expensive, if you find a 4990pF locally I say use that one or you could use a polystyrene. Ive used those in my builds.

I've used the polystyrene's in my VCOs. You can get them from mouser http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Xicon/23PW250/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMskl60Y%252bU5iXVEP1cD%252bQld5hIKfJeCmE7c%3d. They're pretty cheap. If you do go with these polystyrenes, be careful soldering them, they seem to get fried pretty easily.
