Updated: CEM3360 gone, 2 CEM3379 gone, both for repairs (LinnDrum, Shruthi-1)

A fresh new set of carefully extracted SSM and Curtis chips. Note that these chips are fast becoming rarer and more expensive by the day because both SSM and Curtis have stopped production/closed for years.

Some of these have been used in legends like Prophets, E-Mus, Oberheims, Moogs, PPG Waves and so on so you know these chips' pedigrees Idea

Message here or PM me.

1. CEM3379 24dB resonant VCF VCA VC Pan - Update: 0 remaining

These things go fast and were the first to be purchased last time.

They have been used in the following and have the classic Curtis chip resonant filter sound:

Doepfer A-106-6 XP Filter, Doepfer A-107 Morph Filter (need to verify this), Doepfer A-109 VC Signal Processor (VCF VCA Pan)
    Sequential Circuits Prophet 2000
    Ensoniq SQ-80
    Ensoniq ESQ-1
    Shruthi-1

2. CEM3360 Dual VCA - 0 available - Updated: SOLD

Rare and expensive usually.
It has been used in such legendary synths and modules as:

    Buchla 296 Programmable Spectral Processor
    Moog Memorymoog
    Sequential Circuits Prophet T8
    Sequential Circuits Prophet 600
    Sequential Circuits Studio 440
    Oberheim OB-Xa
    Oberheim OB-8
    PPG Wave
    Roland Jupiter-6
    Roland MKS-80 Rev. 4
    Roland MKS-20
Roland SH101 [note: apparently used another VCA instead]
Roland MC202 [note: apparently used another VCA instead]
    Synton Syrinx
    Linndrum
    Ensoniq SQ-80
    Ensoniq ESQ-1
    Crumar Spirit
    Rhodes Chroma

3. SSM2044 VCF - 1 available

This super-sweet sounding 24dB resonant VCF has been used in:

    Fairlight CMI II
    Korg Mono/Poly
    Korg PolySix
    PPG Wave 2.0
    Kawai K3
    Simmons SDS5
    E-mu SP-1200
    Crumar Bit01
    Siel DK600
    Opera 6
    Banana Polysynth

4. SSM2300 8-channel multiplexer/sample & hold - 4 of these.

These chips were all tested and socketed so careful extraction have preserved them in top form.

Apparently, yes, according to this source here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curtis_CEM

Are you interested in actually buying anything?

Did you part out an ESQ-1?

The SH-101 and MC-202 did not use the CEM3360. They used BA662 VCAs.

Yes, part of a new metal-case one received this week. I love those filters. If only they had been configured as self-resonating as Olivier Gillet did in the Shruthi-1...

The SSM VCF was one I initially purchased for DIY but have to let go of because of lack of time currently.

Thanks for the information. I will update the description here, but consider sending the information to the source I mentioned above.
