Would it be possible to add an end of cycle trigger when the release is finished on the MFOS ADSR?
That would be really good because I could use my 4 ADSRs as LFOs like the 281 Smile

First thought is to just ook up some MML cuircuit from Ray:

to the (R) point (U2-D pin 11) in this schematic:

Possible?

Cool idea, can not see why it would not work. Quite a few parts so it should be rather easy to test.

and the ADSR already has three hex inverter/schmidt triggers unused!

Let us know if that works!

BTW, I already used one of those spare invertors to drive an LED. I hooked one side up to the "A" signal and the other to the LED. Now I have nice blinky lights, and you KNOW how important that always is....

0k, after some investigation I've realised that the release phase does not end until the gate is high and the attack begins.

to be continued...

0k, I got it oscillating without modifying
Send the output to an inverter (CGS NOR) and then the inverted back to the trigger input.

However...

* it is an RC-envelope, thus RC-wave
* it is hard to control frequency at audio rates
* it is oscillating from 2V to 10V due to the input comparators

good enough for me Smile

0k, it is possible to have an EOA-trigger out (End Of Attack) without massive modification.
That way I could get quadrature-ish CV combined with other envelopes. Smile
or HADSR if you like
