Subject description: works only in one (LIN/LOG) position

my gated slew works only in one of the lin/log positions
when i put the switch it into the other one - i have a constant -13.7V on the output

up/both/down switch works fine

OK you could try checking this part first
The lin/log switch must be an DPDT
in the linear position besides changing the feedback path for U1 it must also open the connection from the source of Q1 and the intersecting point of R4, P1/1 and sw1 center pin

it seems that mine are SPDT on-on, i didn't know there are SPDTs with 6 lugs

It's wrong. The LIN/LOG must be a DPDT on-on switch. One of the poles works as a circuit breaker and so, IMHO, it could possibly explain why it works in LIN mode only.

it has 6 lugs, i thought SPDT has 3...

Six lugs is fine. I can only imagine that you soldered one of the poles the wrong way. Check the excellent Yves' wiring diagram.

the mistake was a mixed soldering of the legs on that switch, btw
now works perfect
