My Nord Lead 1 has sticking notes and I have it on good authority that the problem is not the keys themselves , does anyone know what the problem is and is it cheap to fix ?

Hi Mark, I recently started having this problem on my NL3. At a loss, I contacted Nord through their website form, expecting to get no response.

What I got instead was email from their US service rep and had a discussion about the possible causes. He suggested that the keybed might need cleaning and said we could probably work through the process over the phone. Now that EM2011 is done I'm going to take him up on the offer and hopefully it will fix the problem.

Try writing into their tech support form on the web, I hope you will have the same personal response I did.

Support is send to the distributors lacvated in the region the mail is send from; feedback goes to the computers of Clavia DMI in Stockholm.

Pablo, the USA tech is very keen on helping!

D#2 sticks most times. I took it to a keyboard service shop and they cleaned the keyboard and contacts. Still sticks most times. I would like to see if there are any other answers out there. Thanks.
