Yesterday we started by cleaning and setting up our synth room where do the night jams.

Today Rob Hordijk showed us his original synth module designs and we recorded a series of videos that are on its way. I need some time for editing, syncing nice quality audio, etc. About 1 hour of an extremely interesting talk about his concept of a hand made modular synth that you may already know about.

We did a visit to the old side of the city of Palma and ate some local delicacies from a very old bakery with a lot of history. We ordered a big "ensaimada" for the Benjolin workshop next Thursday.

Tomorrow we visit a bar where they have about one hundred different kinds of beer, and later we will go back to our headquarters in Palma (not at the hotel but rather at my studio). We will also show you some pictures of that!

Wednesday we will visit a bit of the country side and the mountains of Mallorca.

The weekend will be for concerts, jams & some more talks...

High Quality Videos of Rob Hordijk explaining his 5u modular designs. Almost 2 hours of enlightening talk not only about the description of the modules but also very entertaining sound design examples and some direct questions from the audience.

The videos were recorded @ Ubik during the European electro-music Event 2012 that took place last month in Mallorca.
