Nord Rack 2 OS upgrade and output jacks

Hi

I got a Nord Rack 2 today.

Unfortunately it has a small problem - the outside part of Output A is broken (it still works, but I would like to get it replaced).
Anyone here knows where I find can the jacks that were used on the Nord Rack 2, so that it'll look just like new?
Are these a relatively normal piece (if so can someone give me reference of it?).

I also noticed the OS in it is version 1.02.
Is it still possible to upgrade to the latest version?
Shall I just contact Clavia for that?

Hi,

For both items I would contact Stockholm.
The jack Outputs are mounded on the motherboard, so it will be best to repair it at a service station, e.g. the distributor.
The OS update [1.06] is on a e-prom chip. Clavia has to provide this (if they will make a run, someday...)
Send your request using the feedback form on thier site (not the service one!)

I checked again and it seems the OS is the last one...
I guess I made a mistake...

I'll try to check with them about the piece for the output jack, but I hope it won't be necessary to send it to the distributor to repair, cause that's out of question...
It would be way to expensive to send it to Spain for repairs considering it still works properly... and I don't trust the distributor at all, due to the problems I had with them during the repairs of my G2X...

But since I only need a the same piece, I hope that won't be necessary...
