moog filter - resonance issues

i got my moog filter working
but it never oscillates and, well, the resonance pot almost doesn't affect the sound

i've tried trimming T3 but it doesn't help

The resonance control does do something though? Not absolutely nothing?

I would triple check everything involved in the feedback circuit, R28, R29, C11, make sure the resonance pot is actually 50k, T3 is actually 1k, R14, R15, R17, R18, C8.

If you have a generally good sounding filter (but with not enough feedback) then it's probably just a wrong value or missed solder somewhere around there.

If the main part of the filter is not working well either, then there could be any number of things going on, it's hard to tell with the info so far.

Are you powering it with +15/-15V ?
