Hi all-
I am about finished with a big synth made from MFOS circuits. I build the mini-keyboard controller but I'd like to be able to attach a real keyboard. In the absence of availability of monophonic keyboards, I was wondering if anyone has retrofit a polyphonic one to work?
Specifically I'd like to use a Casiotone CT-360. I think the way they set up the pads looks like it will make this process pretty easy. (see below)
Each key has its own diode, which I will replace with a resistor. I will then connect the grounds together. Then I will cut the traces that feed into the CT-360 circuit and reconnect them together using tiny jumpers. Then of course, I'll connect to the MFOS keyboard circuit.

Has anyone done this before? Tips? Suggestions? Potential problems?
