Paul, I've got a Faux Pas Quartet gig at the Music and Technology Conference on Saturday morning. So if possible my slot needs to change from "anytime" to anytime after 22:00 GMT.
Sorry for any inconvenience. _________________ Charles Shriner

Sorry, I didn't see this post until now. Is the sign it is closed now, or at midnight tonight? _________________ Jack Hertz.com | Aural Films |

However we have one slot left. So after the next signup, the call will be closed at 24 participants for a 12 hour event.
Any following will be wait listed. As we do have decommitments and the occasional no-show, if you are waitlisted we might (or might not) be able to slot you in - you should be flexible and willing to do this if you sign up waitlisted. It might happen that we extend the event if there's a sudden rush, but a 12 hour event is a healthy one so I'm inclined to stay with 12 hours. _________________ Garret: It's so retro.

By the way. I'm taking account of those of you who have changed your time preferences. The proposed schedule will be out tomorrow or Friday (might be Friday because I'm seriously busy tomorrow). Please can you check back by the weekend and let me know if there are any issues (if you're fine with your assigned time slot, no need to tell me). The schedule needs to be nailed by Monday at the latest.
Hope you're all confident of your stream-fu. If you have your own port and haven't tested recently, please drop by the chat and make sure you've checked in with any radio operator willing to check your stream. If you haven't tested 12 hours before the event, you'll be dropped from the list (and if we have any waitlisted players they will be offered the slot). We need the testing to keep things running smoothly.
The schedule will indicate which port you are assigned, if you don't have a permanent port number already assigned to you. If you played the last event on a public port, it'll probably be that port.
Thanks for being cooperative and following the procedures. It makes the whole thing go smoother. _________________ Garret: It's so retro.

I won't be able to participate this time due to some weird bug I've had lately that is screwing with my hearing. However, if I can help the show in some way, please PM me. _________________ There's an invisible radio gnome playing a gong from a flying teapot - don't miss out! |

Will fill it in once there is a schedule.

I already talked to Paul about doing a poster.
I have it ready to add the performance schedule to it.
The schedule fits in the black area with the other info pushed into the sky.

That's fine with me too.
I can do my bit and relax and listen!
Here is a new version of the poster with performance times.
Let me know if there are any mistakes.
Also, if times change, it is fairly easy for me to change this too.
I hope it fits the bill.

Kevin Kissinger has cancelled, schedule conflict (can't do the day at all).
I'm moving everybody after him up one 1/2 hour. We have an opening or two at the tail end, if anybody else wants to participate. _________________ Garret: It's so retro.

I've just been reminded that we have a gig on the night of the 23rd- would it be possible to swap with someone who has a slot in the morning or early afternoon?
Sorry for the bother. |

I am happy to swap times with Patterns in The Ivy, if they are happy to go on first!
So they would go on at 1500
and I would go on at 1930. |
