I'm currently building the dual vca, the state variable vcf, and adsr modules from mfos, and ray doesn't specify what type of pots to use for any of these modules. Being new to this, I'm not sure whether log or linear are best to use in any of these cases. Any help?

You are right, for these Ray hasnt specified the pot type. I have looked at the parts list for the rough equivalent Ultimate/Expander and I can see for the SV-VCF
R4, cut off frequency is 100K linear
R47, res 100k linear etc.

For the ADSR
A,D & R are 1M audio
S is 100K linear

etc etc

Forgive me for not doing them all, I hope this starts you off OK. If you need, and if I get time, I will look at the others

Usually go linear if not specified.
