Where is the Telharmonium? It used an entire power plant and 12 steam engines!

Ahhh, yes! Thaddeus Cahill and his magnificent Telharmonium! A 200 ton electromechanical additive synthesizer from two centuries back.

The "New World" isn't what it used to be.... Confused

How about Tonto?

And for the record, the Earth Harp is fake. Anyone who has played any stringed insrument should see what is wrong with that picture.

Any engineers care to tell us how tight a string would have to be to play a middle C when the string is hundreds of feet long? Tighter than any known material can withstand, perhaps?

Vibrations on the long strings may be used to trigger some device but they are not making the sounds this charlatan plays in performance.

Actually ... I have played with very long strings and they do make fascinating sounds!
