Just an FYI...

At 16:31.699, there is a biggie. Lightning struck in the field about 200 feet from my front door. The microphone was at the other side of the house, pointed in the opposite direction. This bolt came from the rear flank of the final storm in the complex, and that storm was already off to the east, so this blast is an auditory island in a sea of comparative tranquility.

Just sayin'. I don't wanna be responsible when someone is settling in to the peaceful sounds of distant thunderstorms, only to later wish that they were wearing Depends.

Thank you, Shane. I too love the lightning and thunder, but that blast at 16:31 was a half step away from underwear changing time for yours truly. You could actually feel the percussive blast.
