Hi there!
Can I build the CV Standard with 200k for T22 instead of 220K anf
with 50k for T21 instead of 47k without getting trouble?

Tried it in LTSpice just before I read your answer
and with that I got to same result. Smile
But with what the h*** I should measure 5V +/- 0.001mV? Sad

It's 5V+/-0.001V !
For this you need a good 5000 pts or 10000 pts DVM

Yeah, of course 0.001V. that is what I meant!
These good DVM seems to be very "good" when it comes to their prices either, sadly. Sad

How much tempeture drift do you see?

I assume you warm everything up for a bit before you calibrate.
