Hi,

since yesterday i am the owner of a MW2. Sadly it doesn't work properly, the display flickers, and sometimes it gets totally dark. Besides the encoders are not useable at all, all 5 encoders have parameter jumps, so editing the MW is nearly impossible..

the seller told me, that the unit was working well before shipping it. what could be the reasons for this behaviour? i allready opened the microwave to check the wire connections, but this didn't solve the problems.
is it possible, that the encoders behave strange due to some damage taken during the delivery or are they just "used to death".. are there any replacement parts?
the more serious problem is the thing with the display.. what else could i check besides the wire connections?
i was really looking forward to tweaking the MW.. i hate, when something like this happens.

some help is much appreciated!
