Whic 10n capacitor to use for IC decoupling

Please, do you know which sort of 10n capacitors I should use between these 2 for the IC decoupling (opAmps in my case) ? Does it make a difference ?

The one on the left. They're called monolithic caps. I always use them for I.C. decoupling. Greencaps and ceramics are fine as well. The one on the right looks like a metallised polyester, or it could be polystyrene. Either way, save it for somewhere where you need good temperature stability, like the timing cap on a VCO or maybe for a VCF.
