Hi all, if this is repeating any earlier/known topic then please advise me and a kindly mod may delete my plea (or if I'm in the wrong section).

As stated, a PLG card to give me half an AN1x sits in my CS6r (which I bought to give me a rack-mounted AN1x engine).
I'm a little underwhelmed at my experience of trying to use this setup and even less impressed at needing to use Windows OS to access the parameters.

What I'm looking for is a decent controller - hardware or possibly even something like a Lemur template; I'd prefer something physical to mod my settings.
I'm quite interested in getting a Bitstream X3 controller which I think will satisfy me in my home studio setup as a master 'brain'.

If anyone can recommend a controller for the PLG150-AN card then I'd be grateful to hear from you; positive or negative.
I'm not so bothered about the actual storing of user-edited voices as I like to tweak sounds and sample them rather than spend months on the perfect sound. The PLG manual lists the controller assignments but I'd hate to spend time dialing in param values only to have a fraction of the 'full' controls.

If it happens that my 'dream' is merely a pipe-dream then my CS & PLG are going in the bin - I'm not interested in something I HAVE to use a computer with, I'd sooner use a VST under those conditions.

Cheers in advance.
