My first post, so hopefully something useful.....

Attached are PCB layouts for a (slightly modified) version of the ACX MIDI2CV design for a 6HP eurorack panel with Doepfer power connector.

The mod. consists of replacing the four CA3140 in the original design with a quad op-amp to save space. This removes the CV offset adjust capability, but I've not noticed any serious issues with this.

There are two PCBs, one holding the PIC, DACs, Op-amp. The other holds the gate output transistors and LEDs.

The PCBs are designed for Cliff CL1384 S6/BB jack sockets (the same ones used by Doepfer?).

Other components are as on the ACX design:

Built this about a week ago, fully working first time with no problems.

PCB layouts and build notes are attached (PCB print sizing is in the build notes).

I programmed the PIC16F88 using a cheap Chinese JDM (serial port) programmer using the latest version of PICPGM - no problems, worked first time.

If any questions - read the build notes first Very Happy

Attachments:
PCB layouts - 2 x GIF file - ready to print for press'npeel or similar
Build notes - PDF (including correct sizing for above PCB layouts)
Example panel layout (6HP).

These are provided for personal non-commercial use only.

That's good work Smile

Anybody interested in this should know there's also another Euro option:

There are some updates and bug fixes to the firmware behavior, but unfortunately Alain isn't going to open source the new version (4.0). So there's a trade off there beyond just cost.
