This looks cool - Cool especially the sequence editor and waveshape creator! I'd like to give it a try when you have a Windows version - will there be a "demo" version?

I found the link to a this piece of made-for-OS X-software highly amusing, as immediately you get another window that leads somewhere else, and a pop-up window recommending Zone Alarms for Windows. Why do I need that crap? The editor looks interesting, but do yourself a favour and get some better hosting! Wink Very Happy

That's too bad...well, I have scripts turned off - so that scandalous stuff didn't hit me.

You can host it here, no problem. Just edit your original post to add the .zip as an attachment.

I'm interested in your editor. I have a MEK and am not having a good experience with SoundTower's editor. Yours looks better designed.
Are there comparisons you could offer between the two editors?

Will the entire interface fit on my 15" Intel Macbook Pro (1440 x 900) without scrolling?

Is it two way, ie. can I turn the hardware controls on my MEK and see it update on my screen?

Is there a demo version planned?

thanks,
Bentropy

Looks AWESOME! I wasn't aware of this until now.

Your page never comes up in my Google Searches!

The price is much nicer than that other company *ahem soundtower* and looks just as comprehensive. Wow.

Reading the details now I see it's only Available for osx Sad This makes me sad as I'm a windows/linux user. What's the standing on those platforms being supported? Just curious Wink

Nice work!

...OR just purchase a Mono Evolver Keyboard where all the knobs and parameters are immediately tweakable and is night and day difference from the Desktop Evo!! I now have two Desktop Evolvers poly chained to it and love the instrument so much bought a second Mono Evolver Keyboard since it was officially discontinued June, 2012. Probably one of the most ingenious inventions of Dave Smith to date and so versatile.

With the MEK it is so easy for example with the press of two buttons can isolate the analog only osc's (or vice-versa) and have one of the MEK's serve very capable duo-phonic monstrous analog sound. The unique stereo signal path is what makes the analog side of Evolver sound in my opinion as well as many other, DEFINITELY more dynamic that say the Mopho, et al oscillators. Not to mention awesome modulation and for the ambient/experimental soundscapes am working on, having those two MEK set-ups is not redundant al ALL due to how the Evolver is akin to a lump of clay is to a potter in that it is only limited by your creativity and programming to sound like anything you want.
I have to paint this piece of maple wood I had cut to go across lower tier of heavy duty on stage stand but have both MEK's side by side and the two Desktop Evo's "live" on a slide out rack stand that are poly chained. The two MEK's are never confused because one is the impeccable original encoder version with Prophet knobs, and second MEK has the original smaller knobs and is the PE version--best of both worlds!
Gear porn to come once the new audio interface comes in-stock and can put everything back together. Need to find a wood stain to exactly match the MEK's wood sides Twisted Evil

Challenge accepted - I'm more concerned with that little matter of the Atlantic Ocean which insists on being between here and there!
