Subject description: and it's values
Reply with quote  Mark this post and the followings unread

Down through the ages some music has challenged society and some music has been used to challenge society and its values. Music has been used to stir patriotism and rebellion, to promote civil rights and to celebrate religion.

Music can be a powerful tool.. so powerful that in certain places it cannot be spoken of, let alone heard. So powerful that its musicians/composers are silenced.

So in the spirit of diversity I would like to start this thread off with..
Pragaash [which means... From Darkness to Light]

Back in the 60's I had the privilege to work as a sound engineer for Richie on a live gig here in the UK. There is only one way to describe his live performance... electrifying
