Hi all. I've recently acquired a Mackie Onyx 1220 mixer with the firewire option, and want to mod it. Specifically, I want to change the signal sent to firewire, so that it is post insert, post eq, post fader.

I found this.

https://sites.google.com/site/graymattersound/equipment-modifications/mackie-onyx-1620-wet-direct-outs-mod

That page that shows in detail how to do this mod to a 1620, which is very similar to the way it has to be done to a 1220. However, that only shows how to do the mod to channels 1-8 (the mono channels) but I want to mod the stereo channels as well. I asked Mackie for schematics, and they sent me the ones for the 1220i instead of the 1220 Rolling Eyes

If anyone has any idea if it is possible to tap the signal on the stereo channels at the mute/alt3-4 switch, as it is done on the mono channels as described in the link above, I'd be eternally grateful to know where to do so.

Thanks!
