They're a bit different, but Tyco makes switches like this (metal bat,) in multiple configurations. The ones I'm thinking of rock though rather than slide. They look really nice, and I've had some things that used them before, and they feel really nice. I think Mouser carries them.

Oh, nevermind, here's a slide-type here: http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/TE-Connectivity-Alcoswitch/MHS233G04/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMtFyPk3yBMYYLccxD6Z9%2fGqhoUGURyYZyA%3d

These are the ones that rock rather than slide. I've been thinking about using them for all of my projects: http://www.mouser.com/search/ProductDetail.aspx?qs=%2F%2Fp9BUM63MYRt9w9ML8LWw%3D%3D

They are PCB mounted, but they have 4/40 threaded holes that can be used to panel mount. (they may also have versions with lugs, I haven't checked yet)

Ahh, I hadn't noticed that that was what you were looking for specifically, or noticed and forgot while looking it up. Very Happy

I'm thinking these would be cool on anodized panels with black hex-cap screws holding them in. The data-sheet gives a round-hole size, but I typically see them used with oblong cutouts. Either would look cool I think. I like the feel of them too. They give a nice "thunk" when flipped.
