Hi @all and happy new year!

New year, new projects Wink
I am thinking about a dual VCO like the one in the Moog Taurus. It uses CA3080, what would happen if one replaces them by a LM13700? Would there be any bleedthrough from one VCO to the other or something like syncing? Or would it work without any problems?

regards

Boerge, whose 13key-pedal is screaming for a use...

I have built several modules where the 13700s are shared by different circuits and have never noticed any bleed or other interaction between the two sections. None of these were VCOs tho, but VCFs, VCAs and VC-LFOs.
Make sure the chip has decoupling caps close to the power pins.
