Subject description: can someone help me with the calculations?

I am trying to set the schmitt trigger to have trip points at +/-5V. It seems to be working in multisim but I don't understand how does it work Very Happy
Can someone help me with some equations that would explain how can you calculate a trip points in this particular circuit? Thank you.
