Hi all

Long time since there were any posts in this thread, but I also recreated this vintage sequencer and it's been available through another forum based in Portland, Oregon. You probably know where I'm talking about, so if interested, head over there and go to topic 110640. Start around page 16.

Thanks elmegil - didn't know if I should mention it or not, so thanks for clearing that one up for me.

So yes, Muffwiggler it is.

I believe at one point I saw Howard saying "the more the merrier" or things to that effect.

I honestly have always (for the last 3 years of my obsession) liked E-M better than Muff's because Muff's is such a firehose.... That said, I understand why a lot of projects are "hosted" over there, and it makes perfect sense to cross-pollinate and direct folks to interesting things there.

A link would be handy too Laughing

And yes .. there would be no sense in denying Muff's existence here.

Hello Mr. Kipling, fancy seeing you here Wink

Yup, the 1601 kit is pretty amazing, although I don't really use it as a "traditional" sequencer since I discovered that you can use it as an extra envelope/LFO/Waveform generator.
I did a quick video on how you can use the 1601 (clocked from a VCO) to "draw" waveforms with the sliders Smile

Hi Andy

It is a good video folks - watch it and try it out yourself if you have a 2600 and 1601 or clones thereof.
