Time to introduce myself methinks.

I'm Guido Heye from Belgium, also known as Drakhe the Synth-Orc.
I'm a 49 year old IT support dude that has only recently found the wonderland of modular synths.

Computers are my thing, and gaming is my outlet. I like all styles of gaming (computer games, board-games, card-games and Pen'n'Paper Role-play) but mostly appreciate the social aspect of board-games and PnP RPG.

My journey in music has started many years ago, trying my hand at guitar, keyboard and Blues Harp. Unfortunately these forays never got very far. Then, a couple of years ago, when I got an iPad, I started to collect iOS synths and found myself thoroughly interested.

Next I got an MS-20 mini, this set me on the path of analog and patching. The next step was acquiring a Pittsburgh Cell[90] Desktop Complete system to fully dive into modular (still learning the ropes on that thing).

The final step was discovering the wonderful Klee sequencer, so I end up on these wonderful forums

Thanks, and yeah funny how things turn round. I believe synths (and in particular modular synths) appeal more to my programmers brain. I still love, and from time to time play the other instruments, but it takesctoo much effort to do something creative with them, while modular patching seems natural...
