I built one of these tonight. Works great. My function generator is starting to sound like a synth finally. Laughing

Just made a layout for 4U systems.

I only :

- made smoother traces
- added a MTA-156 pad
- spaced the pots 3/4" center to center.

Apart for that the rest is the same, you can use the parts layout provided by frequency central.

enjoy Very Happy

Is the FrequencyCentral layout from the post 29/12/11 verified? It says "verified ... 30/12/11" on the image but he talks about needing to verify it in the post. Then he mentioned just having verified the layout on the 31st. Confused Question

I've built three of of this layout, actually changed the layout to allow for 9mm Alpha pots.

Thanks! I just built my first from the PDF. It's the fastest and simplest envelope I have built. The adjustment is nice even with my linear pots - log must be really great. I want 100 of these Smile

Working with these substitutions: 2N3904 (flipped), BC556, TL071, TL082
