Arduino UNO (atmega328) based MIDI clock to trigger voltages - about 2ms 12V pulses for start, continue, clock, stop. A "Divisor" knob controls how many 24ppqn clocks to skip between pulses. The PCB is one-sided for home etching. There are four optional MIDI thru ports available because I needed them Smile

The RST1 & 2 pins are for programming the ATMega?

Those are for a momentary reset switch. I have never actually installed the switch but I always add them to atmega circuits because they're easy to include.

So an ISP header or some other way to program/reprogram the chip in place is a good thing (see for example Olivier's Mutable modules). Am I just missing yours?

You're not missing it - I omitted the ICSP header for a few reasons:

-- it requires a way to switch off the MIDI input
-- it means more routing, and i'm keeping this one-sided for DIY
-- the latest OSX isn't working with my programmer yet, so I can't test Sad
