Hi everybody,

I was wondering how you mount your DIY Yusynth modules to your cases.
Using rails like these?
http://www.krisp1.com/store/forums.html?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=90

Or do you recommend any other source/product?

Thanks for your input!

Just found this article

https://www.soundtronics.co.uk/synth-modular-cabinet-construction/

mentioning these beams

https://www.makertronics.co.uk/openbeam-beams/

and cutting them down to 22U (978mm).

Seems like a good solution, though any input is still very much appreciated.

Also, a good way of searching for these things in the forums would be of great help (simply searching for "rails" gives me every thread where the word is mentioned).

Thanks again!

I checked the first site (Krisp) and it is written : "Not for use with MU systems." in other words "no good for yusynth modules" cause they are MU (Moog Unit).

Thanks Yves,

didn't know that things can be 5U-compatible but not Moog-compatible, seems I got the concept somehow wrong.

I'll see more into the solution of my second post then.

This incompatibility has to do with the fixation hole spacing not with the size of the panels.
