how would one go about combining two of these circuits together into a simple mixer circuit to a single output?

At the bottom of the page, there is schematic posted in http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-44604.html

If you need level adjustment per channel, add a pot where the "top" connects to the source, the bottom connects to ground and the wiper goes to the mixer's input. You can use practically any kind of opamp such as TL082 or TL072. Even TL0x1 (which is one opamp per package since only one opamp is needed for this mixer.
