I've followed the procedure - payment followed by email query - but still no response or link has been emailed. Is this site still active? Anybody advise if I need to claim a Paypal refund?

Hi!
New to the forums. Smile
I purchased the Ambiophonics DSP plugin on February 8, 2020 (Order #3087) and still have not received a download link or any instructions despite emailing admin@electro-music.com. Can someone help me get my Ambio DSP?

They sometimes react and answer after 2 to 3 days, don't worry. If it's been more than 72 hours though, it may be worth looking for another way to contact them.

Hallelujah!!! Got a return email from mosc outlining the download process for AmbiophonicsDSP after a 20 day wait. It takes me back to when I was a kid chomping at the bit waiting for Christmas. Just wanted to let everyone know that just when you are ready to give up hope and contact Paypal for a refund, to check your email one last time Wink
