Here's an air check of a rehersal the Greg Walters, Juli and I recorded last night. We are going to play something like this at the Fels Planetarium on Saturday night, October 1.

Juli on guitar and Theremin (Moog Etherwave)
Mosc on G2
Greg on G2 and Emu XL

This recording is about 13 minutes long.

It was streamed to our server in Norway at 64 kbs stereo and recorded by Elektro80. There are a few clicks and pops - sorry.

Shocked Shocked Shocked

Cool sounds!
I do love the incredible sound of the guitar mixed up with other synthesized works, Like coming up from empty and nowhere..This track really trances me from the start to the ends.

It's must be an incredible live performance that night..

Should I get a mp3 version with higher "kbps"? Embarassed

Great. Melancholy and spacey. How was the guitar treated? Was it going through the G2?

Tried it last night but the track needs some volume for it to really work out which was not a very good idea I thought for my neighbours, after midnight.

Have been retrying now, sounds good !

Have a good concert.

Yes, one G2 slot used for processing the guitar and Theremin. The ususal stuff: stereo chorus, flanger, phaser, reverb, compressor. All set up to be adjustable. No delays or echos - too overused IMHO. This is a all very simple stuff compared to Deknow's flute processor patches. I think the G2 makes a great instrument processor.

There were three slots left for me to play synths with.

Thanks for the kind words, FKY. Yes, the bit rate is a bit too low.

Great! Shocked I was just wondering whether the guitar sounds was going through g2, "stereo chorus, flanger, phaser, reverb, compressor...", It really makes me eager to try for this one ....

Hi Mosc,

Very nice, is there any chance of you posting the patch you use for guitar effects so we could have a look at it.

Cheers

Andy

Thanks, Bob. I'm in the middle of a bunch of debugging of the new software now. I thought it was tested but now I see the testing was rather light. I'll gladly post it when I get a little more time. It's really quite simple.

Hi Mosc,
