Hi,
I have been using Cakewalk Pro Audio 9.03 for about the past three years and have recently installed Cubase on my computer. I realize in some respects it is an ultimately more powerful program, but I can't seem to do anything. I have tried to read some of the Help topics, but I can't make much sense out of it. The user interface doesn't seem as easy as Cakewalk, probably because I have been using it so long. Are there any websites than anyone would recommend to get started? Thanks for all your help

I dunno about the SX series, but my Cubase 5 VST 32 came with a pretty decent manual. There are of course companies specializing in making tutorials/manuals for those who have "lost" their documentation. Anyways, the Steinberg manual for C5VST32 is pretty good.

I made the step from cakewalk 7 to Cubase SX1.6 at the time and found it hard. Since then I have gotten quite familiar with cubase and I am at SX 2 right now. It's like driving a new car with the pedals in different places..... I have never regretted the change however. Are there particular things you are struggling with?
