Please help me.
I am trying to remember the name
of a very old piece of software for the Mac.
It was MusicStudio or EZMusic or something like that.
They were MOTU's main competitor back then, around 1993, I hear.
They also had a more pro software app.

You know, some enterprising young men
ought to set up a website to distribute vintage software
for musicians...
...that would be so cool.

That's a very nice idea. Stuff like Octamed for the Amgia or Cubase for the Atari at modest prices. Would go nicely with the whole retro computing thing.

On a more practical note; as the editor for this section I'll be moving it to Instruments/Sequencers where it may be easier to find for interested parties. I'll leave a link here for a while so you'll be able to find you thread back if you want to return to it in a few days.

Welcome on board!

it would be if people didnt hold on so tightly to their copyright ive seen 20year old redundant software taken down doesnt apply to everyone though rebirth being an example

Thank you all for your help.
I found a copy of Musicshop on eBay
and may get to salvage a lot of ancient work.
Plus it was making me ill to not recall the good name of Opcode.
