Used SeqCtrl modules as lookup tables to implement two pentatonic scales. I'm not sure I did everything right, but thought it to be giving interesting results.

The idea is that two partial quantizers and a subtraction can implement fractional note values like 9/8, 5/4 etc. In http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentatonic_scale (the Tuning paragraph) I found two sequences of fractional note values that I implemented in this patch.

(1/1, 9/8, 5/4, 3/2, 27/16) and (1/1, 9/8, 21/16, 3/2, 7/4)

Variation one has the first sequence, variation two the 2nd, both expanded to two octaves (but that could be done in a more general way - left as an exercise for the reader).

I made the patch to auto toggle between the two sequences, which is making it interesting to me.

The top sequencer has the numerator and the bottom sequencer the denominator of the fractions. That is, one less than than the actual values (and that's the part I'm not quite sure about).

Anyway, it sounds good enough to me :-)
