How do I have to patch a Sequencer and an Envelope(triggering an Osc), so that, playing triads on the keyboard, there is no note or even more notes hanging over to the next triad ? ( i.E.: in 4 VoiceMode, always one note
is hanging over into the next triad?)

welcome rosn

I don't quite understand what you are asking. Maybe someone else will understand, or maybe you can post a patch that is giving you a problem.

hello mosc

I am trying to be more specific:
posted Patch: the SeqA is triggering the Envlope; I play a triad(C-E-G) on G2 keyboard and then another one(Bb-D-F), expecting that the first triad ist getting cleared. But instead there is always a note from the first triad hanging over into the second one.(i.E. Bb-D-F-G)
If 4 voices, then it`s one note, if 5 Voices it`s 2 notes etc......)
I coud solve the problem with another Envelope, but there must be a better
solution....

Thanx

I think the problem is that when there is no keyboard key pressed, you are still hearing the synth being gated by the sequencer. Here is a little fix that only allows the sequencer trigger signal though an AND gate when the keyboard has a key pressed.

the thing is:
I want the Seq to keep gating the synth even when no key is pressed
(like some good old Farfisa rhythm comping), using the keyboard only
to change pitch.

thanks for thinking

Cool... Glad to help.

Moving this to NM Discussion as it's not a FAQ, really...
