Subject description: dc offset issues! please help

i'm having issues here that i need help with. if you'd be so kind as to download the mp3 and take a look at the .prf you'll see what i mean.

i'm getting a lot of dc offset somewhere, but can't figure out why... this isn't healthy is it? it has an impact on mastering...

I'm not totally sure, but I would imagine that it is pretty impossible to work out where it is coming from by looking at the performance. If you're that bothered, try recording each element one at a time until you find the offending sound. I don't think that a bit of DC offset hurts anyway. Very Happy

ah... the fresh angle. cheers for that Sheridan. seems so obvious now you mention it. is "use a process of elimination" on Eno's oblique strategies?
