hi
I finished my Atari Punk Console, it makes funny noises. I use it in my rock band (my bandmates really like it!) but I would like more output (volume) from my APC because drums are louder and I can't listen my APC.
Can you tell me how can I increase the output of my APC? Please post some schematics.

are you using an amp or large speaker of any kind? i mean, did you build it with an output jack or just a small speaker?

yes I forgot to say that sometimes I use a 100 watt Marshall amp or my friend's P.A. console.

My APC doesn't have a speaker. I added this tone control:

That tone control can suck a little bit of oomph off of the output, so I'd say try it w/o, and if you like it, voila. Or, you can place some sort of gain recovery stage after the tone control, EG: fet based, single op-amp, etc. There are a multitude of designs out there, just pick one that you like.
