great site and great forum - glad I found this place ...

I just got a nord lead 2 and am still new to synthesis ... I read the manual and it seems pretty strait forward but I am still having trouble figuring out exactly what is causing what half the time ... is there another book or web site you might recommend that would go more in depth and have a bit better explanations of things ...

also any tricks or specific settings on the nord to get some cool results ...

Gehehe, you found the motherload!

You'll find more information on synthesis with the north modular on this site than you'll ever need, just start with scrolling through this forum and the

And be creative, keep twiddling!

Congrats!
You definitely picked a great synth to learn synthesis with Smile

I've had a NL2x for about 2 years, it's my first and only synth.
I learnt most of what I know about synthesis in my electronics lessons, but I definitely felt like what I'd learnt made much more sense with a real synth at my fingertips Smile
