Hee hee, there must be 4 or 5 links to her studio shots on this forum.

Hey, Mike, and anyone else. You can dress up your post by putting in images via the [img] tag. Just put the URL of the image in your message surrounded by the img tags. If you select the link and click on the Img button, that will be done for you. Right and Left also work to put the image on the right or left, naturally.

Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen.

I've never heard any of her music. Her studio was featured in the Keyboard Magazine studio of the month in this last issue. Somehow, now call me cynical if you will, I think if there was a picture of me in that studio they would have not picked that studio... Rolling Eyes

If my daughters collected keyboards instead of lipstick we'd have hundreds of 'em here!

Interestingly though, the footprint of my studio has decreased over the last year -- yet I have not sacrificed any capability.

Before, I seemed to spend more time troubleshooting than music-making -- lots of patchcords, etc. To be sure the task to assure that noise or distortion isn't creeping into the sound would be a full-time job with the dozens of keyboards depicted in the links above.

Truth is, many of us were inspired by the original "Switched On Bach" album -- recorded on a single Moog Modular system (which would have seemed limited by modern standards) and an 8 channel tape recorder.

Fortunately, one's imagination allows one to make a lot of music with a modest number of keyboards.
